Brief
A 42 m² short-let studio in Budva needed two sleeping places, a kitchen and a shower, with turnover cleaning between guests. The owner wants clear listing photos, not a luxury hotel brief.
There is no room for a full-depth wardrobe; no dryer is planned; the wet room stays. Finishes must handle sand, salt and frequent washing without costly seasonal replacements.
Solution
The bed sits on a wall with low storage; the kitchen is a run against the wet room to keep services short. Vinyl and laminate are chosen for fast replacement and washing, not luxury.
Textiles are limited to washable covers; a floor line separates the dirty entry from sleeping. Light stays open to the balcony for listings.
Process
Guest profile and sleeping capacity were fixed before drawing. Two options: a sofa bed versus a wall bed. The wall bed won for cleaning.
Next came a wear-resistant palette and 3D of the studio. Drawings are not in this concept package.
Result
The concept shows how a studio sleeps two without becoming a hotel room and without losing kitchen function. Turnover stays simple.
Visualization, not a completed fit-out.
