This Policy explains how LEUSMAX DOO processes personal data of visitors to leustech.me and people who contact us regarding interior design, welding and related services.

2. Data we process
- contact details: name, telephone number, email address and preferred communication channel
- enquiry details: city/location, requested service, project description, indicative timing and budget if voluntarily provided
- files submitted by the user, including photographs, plans, sketches and project documents
- technical data: IP address, access date and time, device and browser type, pages viewed, error and security logs
- cookie and analytics data; non-essential analytics is processed only after the user’s choice

4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed by authorised staff and contracted hosting, maintenance, email, analytics and anti-spam providers only as necessary for their service. Data may also be disclosed to accountants, legal advisers and competent authorities where necessary or required by law. Where a provider processes data outside Montenegro, available contractual and technical safeguards are applied. Clicking WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram opens an external service that processes data under its own terms.
5. Retention
- enquiries and related communications: up to 24 months after the last relevant communication
- contract, tax and accounting documents: for periods required by applicable law
- security and server logs: up to 12 months unless longer retention is needed to investigate an incident or legal claim
- analytics data: according to the configured retention in the relevant tool, no longer than 14 months
- cookie consent choice: up to 12 months, after which the choice is requested again
6. Your rights
You may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction where the legal conditions are met, object to processing and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to info@leustech.me. We may request reasonable proof of identity. You may complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro: https://www.azlp.me/.
7. Security, children and automated decisions
We apply reasonable organisational and technical safeguards. The website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect children’s data. We do not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated processing.
