2. Purpose of the website
The website presents interior design, welding and related services and allows users to submit enquiries. Website content is not a binding offer. A contract is formed only after the scope, price, timing and other terms are agreed and a separate quotation or contract is accepted.
3. Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but photographs, descriptions, timeframes and indicative prices may be illustrative. Final terms depend on measurements, location, materials and the project brief. The website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, drawings, visualisations, graphics, names and other content belong to LEUSMAX DOO or are used with permission. Copying, publication, adaptation or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited unless expressly permitted by law.
5. User materials
By submitting photographs, plans or other files, the user confirms that they may provide them for assessing the enquiry and have removed unnecessary third-party personal data. Materials are used only to communicate, assess and perform the requested service.

The website may link to maps, social networks and messaging services. LEUSMAX DOO does not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Users open them at their own choice.
7. Liability
LEUSMAX DOO is liable within the limits of mandatory law. It is not liable for loss caused by inaccurate user-provided information, unauthorised website use, external service operation or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and cookies by the Cookie Policy. Both pages must remain permanently available in the website footer.
9. Governing law and language
Montenegrin law applies. Disputes will first be addressed amicably and then by the competent court in Montenegro. If language versions differ, the Serbian/Montenegrin Latin-script version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
