01. Brief & consultation

We discuss the property, household or rental scenario, style, budget, timeline and priorities. You share plans, photos and references.

We record geometry, existing services and constraints or review the information you provide.

I prepare 2–3 functional layout options. After discussion, one solution is approved.

We define the character of the interior: palette, materials, textures, furniture, lighting and key design moves.

Photorealistic images allow you to assess proportions, material combinations and atmosphere before construction.

Once the visual direction is approved, the technical drawing set is prepared according to the selected package.

With Full Service, I remain available for project clarifications and help preserve the concept when substitutions are required.
