ESSENTIAL — €15/m²

Space planning, 2–3 layout options, approved furniture plan, moodboard, colour and material direction, 3D visualizations of the main rooms and up to two revision rounds. Technical construction drawings are not included. Minimum project fee €450.

COMPLETE — €22/m²

Everything in Essential plus technical documentation: demolition and construction plans, furniture and equipment layout, flooring, ceilings, lighting, switches, sockets and electrical points, plumbing locations, wall elevations, key details and specifications for finishes, lighting, sanitary ware and furniture. Minimum project fee €800.

FULL SERVICE — €32/m²

Everything in Complete plus agreed implementation support: contractor clarifications, assistance with substitutions, review of key design decisions, samples and custom furniture consultations. The number of site visits and support period are defined in the agreement. Procurement, logistics and construction management are quoted separately. Minimum project fee €1,500.

Choosing a package

Essential is for defining the layout and visual direction. Complete is the main package for a renovation based on a full design project. Full Service is for clients who want the designer to remain involved after the documentation is issued.

Quoted separately

Product purchases and payments, logistics and storage, construction team management, technical quality supervision, complex travel measurements, rush work and additional options beyond the agreed revision limit are quoted separately.

How the fee is calculated

The final fee depends on property size, existing condition, planning complexity, custom furniture and the agreed support scope. Deliverables, stages, timeline, revisions and fees are defined before the main work begins.
